Wang Pyeongyang Mul Naengmyeon
Korean Cold Buckwheat Noodle with chilled Broth.
Cooking instructions:
1. Add soup base to ½ cup (3.4 fl oz) of hot water and completely dissolve. Add one more cup (6.8 fl oz) of cold water and let it cool.
2. Add noodles (5 oz) to 4 cups (27 fl oz) of boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes.
3. In a strainer, thoroughly rinse the cooked noodles under cold running water and drain.
4. Place the noodles in a bowl and add cold soup and mustard oil. Mix and enjoy.
Tip 1: Garnish the naengmyeon with a boiled egg, sliced pears, and sliced cucumbers.
Tip 2: Adjust the proper amount of mustard oil.
Ingredients: Noodles: WHEAT flour, sweet potato starch, buckWHEAT flour, salt, water. Soup base: soy sauce powder (SOYbean, salt), red pepper powder, garlic, SESAME, scallion, glucose, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate (E621). Mixed vegetable oil: SOY oil, MUSTARD.
