Ottogi Tempura Frying Mix
Korean flour mix for breading and deep frying.
Preparation:
1. remove excess moisture from vegetables and fish.
2. mix 500g Ottogi Frying Mix and 800ml cold water in a bowl so that there are no lumps.
3. first roll the ingredients in the dry flour mixture, then coat them with the batter.
4. deep-fry the vegetables at 150-160°C and the fish at 170-180°C until crispy.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, corn starch, rice powder, baking powder (acidity regulators: E450, E500, anti-caking agent: E341, antioxidant: E327, corn starch), salt, roasted rice powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, colour: E101.
