Japanese freeze-dried tofu (koya dofu), made from frozen fresh tofu. Kouya dofu is an essential ingredient in traditional Japanese buddhist cuisine, which is vegetarian.


Cooking Direction: Put Dashi broth (600ml), sugar (4 table spoon), Mirin (4 table spoon), soy sauce (1, 1/3 tea spoon), salt (1 tea spoon) in a pot and heat till it's boiled. Add Koya Tofu (4pcs) and simmer for 10-15mins in mid heat.


Ingredients: SOY (from Canada/America/other), coagulating agent, baking soda.
