Cooking Direction: 1. Wash the desired amount of rice thoroughly and put it in a pot.
2. Add 1.2 times the amount of water and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
3. Heat the pot over medium-high heat with the lid on and bring the rice to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and let the pot sit with the lid on for 10 minutes.
