Cooking Direction: Preparation: Cut vegetables of your choice (e.g. cucumber, turnip, eggplant, carrot) in half lengthwise, depending on size, and massage the koji paste into them in a bag. Pickling time: Cucumber (small): 13~16 hours, Turnip: 16-20 hours, Eggplant: 10~12 hours, Carrot: 18~24 hours
