Japanese seasoning powder, suitable for Katsudon or Tori Katsudon. 4 sachets.

Cooking Direction:

1. Place 1/4 onion, cut into strips, in a saucepan. Add 100ml water and 1 packet of spice powder. Simmer for 3-4 minutes with the lid on.
2. When the onions are cooked through, add tonkatsu (Japanese pork cutlet) or tori-katsu (Japanese chicken cutlet) and simmer for a further minute.
3. Pour 1 beaten egg over the cutlet and cook lightly. Garnish with green herbs or spring onions and serve over rice.
