Chinese spicy seasoning sauce for Shui Zhu Rou (poached meat).

Cooking Direction: Add the marinade and 2 tbsp cooking wine to the sliced meat and marinate for 15 minutes. Mix 500ml water and a packet of sauce and bring to the boil. Add the marinated meat and vegetables of your choice, simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
