Higashimaru Chotto Tamagoyaki Meijin 32g

Japanese spice mix for tamagoyaki, Japanese omelette. 4 sachets for 2 eggs each.

Cooking Direction (2 eggs):

1. Mix one packet of spice powder with 50ml water. Add two eggs and whisk together.
2. Heat a tamagoyaki pan with oil, add 1/4 of the egg mixture over low heat and spread in the pan.

3. When the egg is half cooked, roll up the omelette in the pan and pour some of the egg mixture into the pan again and roll up.

4. Repeat the process until all the egg mixture has been used.

Ingredients: Sugar (produced in Japan), starch, BONITO extract, salt, powdered EGG white, powdered SOY sauce, BONITO flakes/polysaccharide thickener, spices (amino acids etc.), emulsifier (contains partly WHEAT, EGGS and SOYBEANS).
