Japanese spice mix for Nikujyaga, Japanese stew with potatoes, meat and vegetables. 3 servings.

Cooking Direction (1-2 servings):

1. Cut 150g potatoes, 30g onion and 30g carrot into bite-sized pieces, place in a pan with 200ml water and bring to a boil.

2. Add a sachet of seasoning powder and 40g of thinly sliced beef and simmer for about 20 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Garnish with green beans and serve with rice.

Ingredients: Sugar, powdered SOY sauce, dextrin, salt, beef extract, protein hydrolyzate, onion powder, BONITO flakes/spices (amino acids etc.), calcium phosphate (partially contains WHEAT, beef and SOYBEANS).
