Japanese spice mix for Tenshinhan, an omelette with a thick, light-coloured sauce, served on rice. 2 portions.

Cooking Direction:

1. Mix the egg spice powder (orange) with 50 ml water, add two eggs and whisk together.

2. In another container, mix the sauce powder (black) with 200ml water.

3. Heat a pan with oil on high heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir quickly.

4. When the egg is half cooked, reduce the heat and mould the edges with a spatula so that the omelette becomes round.
5. Stir the sauce mixture again and pour it into the pan around the omelette. Simmer for about a minute until the sauce thickens and serve over rice.
