Dried shiitake mushrooms for Japanese, Korean and other dishes, soups and salads.
IMPORTANT: Soak the Shiitake mushrooms for about 60 minutes in water. Drain and discard the water. Wash Shiitake mushrooms under running water and clean them. In raw condition avoid contact with other foods.
