Description: Japanese spice mix for asazuke, light pickled vegetables with konbu seaweed. This Japanese side dish can be prepared very quickly.

Cooking Direction: 1. Wash and cut 300g vegetables of choice (e.g. cucumber, radish, Chinese cabbage) into bite-sized pieces. 2. Put the vegetables into a freezer bag and massage in all the spice mixture. 3. Squeeze the air out of the freezer bag, seal and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
