Direction: 1) Cook noodle in the boiling water (4cups) for 20 - 30 seconds. 2) Once noodle are softened remove from the pot and rinse in cold water then place it in the bowl. 3) Mix sauce, sesame oil and crushed seaweed with noodles. Try adding sliced cucumber and hard-boiled eggs for better taste. Enjoy.
