Dark Okonomi Sauce with a rich, deep flavour. Okonomi sauce is a dark japanese sauce that is used for the preparation of Okonomi and Takoyaki. It is also used as a marinade and as a dip.

Ingredients: vegetables, fruits (tomatoes, onions, apples, dates), sugars (sugar, glucose fructose liquid sugar), monosodium glutamate (E621), brewing vinegar, salt, mushroom, alcohol, pepper, yeast extract, protein hydrolyzate, BONITO extract, OYSTER extract, roasted SOYBEAN sauce seasoning / thickener (modified starch, polysaccharide thickener), monosodium glutamate (E621), caramel coloring (E150a).
