King Foods Warabi Mochi Powder

For making Warabi Mochi, traditional Japanese Dessert.

Preparation:
1. In a pot, add one package of Warabi Mochi powder and mix in about 700ml of water little by little.
2. Turn on the stove to high heat and keep stirring with a spatula. When the mixture starts to become thick, set the heat to low and keep stirring for 2~3 minutes, until the Mochi mass loses its white color and becomes transparent.
3. Cool down the Mochi in ice water and separate into bite size pieces. Garnish with kinako powder and black sugar syrup. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Warabi Powder (bracken starch).
