Ishibashiya Japanese Konnyaku-Noodles made from Konjacroot and Rice. Shirataki are widely used in the Japanese cuisine and is also considered as a diet product. These Shirataki are perfect as a low calorie substitution for Noodles. It can be enjoyed as Salad, Ramen or even Pasta.
Preparation: Strain the Shirataki and wash them well before using.
