Kurakon Tororo with Ne Kombu BBD 13.01.24

Dried Tororo seaweed with root Kombu.Tororo seaweed has a fibrous texture and is often eaten in (noodle) soups or with rice in Japan.

Preparation for a simple tororo soup:
1. Separate 3g of tororo well and place in a bowl with 1tsp of soy sauce and a crushed umeboshi plum. Pour on 150ml hot water and enjoy.

Ingredients: kelp, rice black vinegar, root kombu.
