Hangiri for rice preperation.

Use: Use the hangiri to cool down boiled sushirice to room tempertaure

1. Put the boiled rice in the wooden hangiri
2. Add Sushi or Rice Vinegar if desired.
3. Use Spatula to stir the rice making cutting movements.
4. Leave the riceto cool down to room temperature.

Care: Clean with warm soapy waterrinse and dry. Condition with mineral oil as needed. Do not soaf in water or clean in dishwasher.
