Obento Panko
Korean bread crumb for crispy tempura.
Preparation: Coat meat or seafood in plain flour. Dip into a mixture of beaten egg, 2-3 tablespoons water and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Roll in Obento Panko Breadcrumbs. Deep Fry in hot oil untol golden brown.
Ingredients: wheat flour, yeast, salt, palm oil, glucose, yeast food (ammonium chloride, E516).
