Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Sweet & Sour Pork
Chinese sweet & sour seasoning sauce for Canton style pork or spare ribs.
2 servings.
Preparation:
1. Marinate150g pork tenderloin or spare ribs in a marinade of ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp beaten egg.
2. Roll the meat in cornflour and deep-fry in hot oil until crisp.
3. Fry ½ red pepper and 2 rings of tinned pineapple. Add the LKK sauce and heat through. Add the fried meat and serve.
Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Dried Glucose Syrup, Pineapple Juice concentrate (Concentrated pineapple juice, Water), Tomato Paste, modified corn starch, acid (acetic acid), salt, colours (Paprica extract, carotenes), stabiliser (Xanthan gum (SOYBEAN, WHEAT)).
