Lee Kum Kee Lemon Chicken Sauce
Chinese seasoning sauce for savoury Hong Kong style dee-fried Lemon Chicken.
Servings 2.
Preparation:
1. Flatten 150g chicken fillet and coat with 1 tbsp beaten egg, then roll in 4 tbsp flour. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
2. Drain the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
3. Heat up the sauce, pour over the chicken and serve.
Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Sweetened Lemon Juice (Sugar, Lemon Juice, Water), Dried Glucose Syrup, Salted Plums (Plums, Salt), modified corn starch, Rice Vinegar, Salt, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates), Flavouring, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum (SOYBEANS, WHEAT)), Tumeric Powder.
