PAN Pre-cooked White Corn Flour

White corn Flour, gluten free. Corn flour can be used in many ways to prepare corn based dough.

Preparation:
Mix 2,5 cups of water with 1 Teaspoon of salt and 2 Cups of corn flour. Mix and knead the dough. Let it rest for 5 mins. Divide the dough into 10 pieces, form small balls and flatten into a thin disk. Cook in a frying pan over medium heat for 5 min. on each side. Slice open to create a pocket and add a filling of choice.
