Japanese Ricecracker. Happy Turn is a sweet and salty rice cracker. It is soft, crispy and delicious.

Ingredients: Rice (51%), rapeseed oil, sugar, starch, Mod starch, Hydrolyzed protein from (soybeans, corn, salt, tapioca, potato, sweet potato and oilseed rape), E621, salt, emulsifier E322 (soybeans), powdered fat (maltodextrin , Palm oil, sweet potato and potato).

Please note that due to cultural reasons, Japanese Ricecracker have a very short best-before date printed on them and when they arrive from Japan they have a remaining shelf life of approx. 4 weeks.
