Ingredients: sugar, starch, vegetable oil, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), salt, soy sauce powder, fishsauce powder, yeast extract, trehalose, Monosodium Glutamate (E-162), Vitamin E.

Please note that due to cultural reasons, Japanese Ricecracker have a very short best-before date printed on them and when they arrive from Japan they have a remaining shelf life of approx. 4 weeks.
