Sushi Mold

Mold for easy production of Sushiricerolls for Futomaki. Futomaki are larger roles than regular Makis.

Sushi Mold consists of three parts. One vessel and two mold halves.

Instructions: Take the lower mold half and fill it with sushi rice. Fill the middle with vegetables or fish. Then take the filled mold half and place them into the frame. Refill with rice and press the upper mold half in the frame. Finally, take the pressed rice roll and roll it slowly on sushi nori sheet and wrap it. An illustrated manual can be found on the back.
