Korean flour mix for delicious savoury pancakes (Buchim).

Preparation (5-6 servings):
1. mix 500g Pancake Mix with 800ml water until all lumps are gone.
2. select desired ingredients such as leeks, spring onions, kimchi, pumpkin, peppers, prawns and squid, cut them into suitable sizes and mix well into the batter.
3. add oil to the heated pan, pour the batter into the pan with a ladle and fry for 2-3 min. Serve with pepper paste if necessary and enjoy!

Ingredients: WHEAT flour 90%, sugar, salt, tapioca starch, glutinous rice, thickener: guar gum, onion powder, baking powder (acidity regulators: E450, E500, anti-caking agent: E341, antioxidant: E327, corn starch), maltodextrin, garlic powder, GLUTEN, black pepper powder, colour: riboflavin.
