Japanese crispy deep-fried rice crackers made from mochi with soy sauce flavour. A delicious savoury snack.

Ingredients: glutinous rice, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed, SOYBEAN), glutinous rice flour, SOYBEAN sauce (WHEAT, SOYBEAN), dextrin, sugar, SOYBEAN sauce powder, fermented seasoning liquid, SEAFOOD extract seasoning (WHEAT), protein hydrolyzate (SOYBEAN) / modified starch, monosodium glutamate (E621), caramel coloring (E150a).

Please note that due to cultural reasons, Japanese Ricecracker have a very short best-before date printed on them and when they arrive from Japan they have a remaining shelf life of approx. 4 weeks.
