Description: Japanese Seasoning mix for Oden Japanese stew. 24 Servings. Oden no Moto can also make other dishes such as Udon and Fried rice.

Cooking Direction: Oden for 6 servings : 1. Dissolve 1 pouch of Oden no Moto in 4 cups of water (1 cup/approx. 240ml). Add 1 Konnyaku, 6 tied Kombu (kelp), 2 Chikuwa (ground fish meat), 6 Tsumire (ground fish meat), 1/2 Medium-size Daikon radish into pot and cook over low heat until those are cooked. 2. Finally add 2 slices of Hampen (ground fish meat) and simmer.
