Description: Japanese powder mix for a garlic & pepper flavoured karaage breading, for easy preparation in the microwave.

Cooking Direction:

1. Cut chicken thigh meat into equal sized pieces (about 4x4cm) and place in a plastic bag.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of Karaage Mix per 2 pieces of chicken to the bag, shake well and massage in.
3. Place the chicken pieces on a plate with a distance from each other and place in the microwave at 600 Watt (for 6 pieces about 4 min., for 8 pieces about 5 min. 30 sec.)

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, SOYBEAN sauce powdered, garlic powder, salt, EGG white powder, black pepper, vegetable oil (palm), sugar, onion powder, yeast extract powder, vegetable extract powder / monosodium glutamate (E621), calcium carbonate (E170), D-xylose, paprika coloring (E160c).
