Showa Microwave Karaage Mix Ginger & Soy Sauce.

Japanese powder mix for a ginger & soy sauce flavoured karaage breading, for easy preparation in the microwave.

Preparation:
1. Cut chicken thigh meat into equal sized pieces (about 4x4cm) and place in a plastic bag.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of Karaage Mix per 2 pieces of chicken to the bag, shake well and massage in.
3. Place the chicken pieces on a plate with a distance from each other and place in the microwave at 600 Watt (for 6 pieces about 4 min., for 8 pieces about 5 min. 30 sec.).

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, corn grits, starch syrup powder, EGG white powder, Soy sauce powder (SOYBEAN), salt, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed, SOYBEAN), maltose, pepper, yeast extract powder / modified starch, monosodium glutamate (E621), calcium carbonate (E170), sodium casein (MILK), calcium phosphate (E542), acidulant [citric acid (E330)], d-xylose, paprika coloring (E160c).
