Showa Karaage Mix Soy Sauce & Garlic

Japanese powder mix for a crispy karaage breading with soy sauce garlic flavour.

Preparation:
1. Mix one sachet of Karaage Mix (80g) with 80ml water to make a batter.
2. Cut 400g-500g of chicken thigh meat into bite-sized pieces and stir into the batter.
3. Deep-fry the meat at 160-170°C for about 3 minutes until crispy brown.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, starch, salt, garlic powder, SOYBEAN sauce powder (SOYBEAN), glucose, sugar, black pepper, onion powder, yeast extract powder / modified starch, monosodium glutamate (E621), baking powder, emulsifier[lecithin (SOYBEAN) (E322)], paprika coloring (E160c).
