Ingredients: rice (nonglutinous rice, glutinous rice), SOY sauce (WHEAT flour, SOYBEAN), sugar, seaweed (nori), fermented seasoning, dextrin, salt, SEAFOOD extract powder (MACKEREL), hydrolyzated protein (SOYBEAN), modified starch, sorbitol, amino acid, caramel coloring (e150a), emulsifier, acidulant.

Please note that due to cultural reasons, Japanese Ricecracker have a very short best-before date printed on them and when they arrive from Japan they have a remaining shelf life of approx. 4 weeks.
