Description: Japanese Kombu seaweed for Dashi stock.
Warning: Seaweed contains a high level of iodine. Excessive consumption can cause thyroid dysfunction.
Cooking Direction: Add 4 cups of water for every 10g of kombu seaweed and leave to infuse. When the kombu seaweed has softened, turn on the cooker and remove the seaweed just before it comes to the boil.
