Ingredients: rice, vegetable oil, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), sugar, honey, dextrin, starch, spices (soy), edible protein (soy, wheat), salt, fish extract powder (mackerel), sorbitol, trehalose, monosodium Glutamate (E-162), paprika color.

Please note that due to cultural reasons, Japanese Ricecracker have a very short best-before date printed on them and when they arrive from Japan they have a remaining shelf life of approx. 4 weeks.
