Itsuki Tsukemen Nouko Gyokai Tonkotsu

Preparation: Boil the tsukemen / noodle with 2 liter of water. After 12 minutes strain and cool by rinsing in cold water. Take the ready-mixed soup and mix with 120ml of hot water. Then add desired ingredients. Serve the noodles and the soup separately.

 

Ingredients: Noodles: wheat flour, whole wheat flour, salt, kansui alkaline water, Gardenia staining. Soup: soy sauce (soy, wheat), pork extract, sugar, pork, bonito flake extract (fish), aroma oil, starch, yuzu citrus peel, salt, hydrolyzed protein, mixed seafood flakes (Mackerel flakes [Fish], sardine flakes [fish ], soda bonito flakes [fish] Mackerel Scad flakes [fish], vegetable extract, brewed seasoning, spices, seasoning (amino acid, MSG), caramel coloring, thickening agent (xanthan gum), an antioxidant (vitamin e).

Product also contains gelatin and can contain buckwheat, egg, milk, crustacean.
