Premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake from Japan. Semi-Dry and very aromatic. Dassai 23 is a deluxe junmai daiginjo made with yama nishiki rice milled down to 23% of it’s original size before brewing. This ultimate sake has a delicate fruity aroma and a refined flavor profile.
