Korean flour mix for crispy tempura.

Preparation:
1. mix 500g tempura mix well with 700ml water.
2. first roll the ingredients in the dry Tempura Mix, then coat with the batter.
3. deep-fry at 170-180°C until crispy.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, corn starch, salt, baking powder (Burnt Ammonium Alum, Sodium Bicarbonate, WHEAT flour), garlic powder, onion powder, Gardenia Yellow (Gardenia Yellow, Maltodextrin).
