Description: Bamboe Rendang Indonesian curry spice paste for beef

Cooking instructions: Cook 500g beef/chicken until soft. Add 2 cups of broth to the pan and add Bamboe Rendang. Pour 65ml of thick coconut milk and 2.5 cups of water and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has become gravy. Serve with rice.
