Cooking Direction: Preparation Kalbi: 1. Blanch 1kg beef ribs in white water and pour away the water. 2. Boil the sauce, 1 litre of water and the meat for 45 minutes. 3. Add radish, carrots and onions and simmer for 45 minutes. Preparation Bulgogi: 1. Thinly slice 500g beef and marinate in the sauce for 10min. 2. Chop the onions, spring onions and carrots. 3. Sauté the beef first and then add the vegetables.
