Beksul Hotteok Mix

Korean Greentea pancake mix. Mix for Korean sweet glutinous rice pancakes.

Preparation for three pancakes:

- Mix 180ml 40-45 degrees warm water with 1 sachet (296g) of Pancake Mix.
- Knead for 5-10 minutes
- Rub hands with oil and take out one serving.
- Press the dough flat and add the filling.
- Gently fold the dough and shape it round.
- Stir fry on both sides.
