Showa Takoyaki Mix

Showa Takoyaki Mix Japanese Flour Mixture for easy preparation of deicious Takoyaki. The package lasts for about 100 Takoyaki.

Preparation (for about 50 pieces):
1. Mix 800ml water and 2 Eggs in a bowl.
2. Add 250g of Takoyaki Mix and mix well.
3. Heat the Takoyaki Pan and coat with oil. Pour the dough generously into the pan. AddOctopus in bite-sized pieces (about 100~130g) into the mold. Optionally, you can add toppings such as green onions, cabbage, Tenkasu or red pickeled ginger.
4. When they become brown, use a skewer to separate the Takoyaki and flip them into a round shape. Keep flipping until they are golden-brown from all sides.
Top Takoyaki with Sauce, Mayonnaise, Bonito Flakes or Aonori Flakes. Enjoy!
