Cooking Direction: (for 2 pieces): 1. Mix 100g of Okonomiyaki Mix and 170ml water together. 2. Add 250g cabbage (chopped into small pieces) and 150g of ingredients of your choice (pork, leek, pickled ginger etc.) into the batter. 3. Pour the batter into a heated frying pan and form pancakes. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
