Sauce for sushi. The Kikkoman sauce for sushi is the modern alternative to the classic soy sauce.

This deliberately used sauce gives every sushi type an intense aroma with a light, sweet note. Due to the special texture, the sauce remains on the sushi without negatively affecting the shape.

Ingredients: sugar, water, soy sauce (water, SOYbeans, WHEAT, table salt), modified starch, caramel sugar syrup, table salt, ethyl alcohol, molasses, yeast extract, seaweed powder (Ascophyllum nododum).
