Ottogi Panko
Korean bread crumb for crispy tempura.
Preparation: Apply the meat, fish or vegetables in tempura batter. Then soak it in an egg-water-salt mixture. Role generously in Panko. Then deep fry in boiling oil.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour 95%, yeast, salt, palm oil, glucose (corn starch), malt flour (BARLEY), seaweed powder, isolated SOY protein, antioxidant E300, hemicellulose, alpha-amylase.
