Japanese bread crumb for crispy tempura.
Preparation: 1. Turn meat, poultry, shrimp, fish or vegetables in the flour and coat evenly. 2. Pull through the mixture of one egg and 2-3 tablespoons of water. 3. Bread the entire surface with breadcrumbs (panko) and deep-fry at 170 degrees until golden brown.
