Hakubaku Mochi-Mugi Udon

Japanese Udon noodles with glutinous barley flour. These delicous Udon Noodles are very high in fibre. Only one portion is enough to cover your daily fibre needs.

Preparation:
1. For 90g Noodles bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil and cook the noodles for 7 minutes.
2. Wash the noodles with cold water and strain them well. Now you can serve the Udon with Mentsuyu and seasonings of your choice.
If you want to eat them warm, cook the Udon for 6 Minutes, strain them and add in the warm soup in a bowl. Enjoy!
