Hakubaku Senban Udon
Japanese chewy Udon Noodles.
Preparation:
1. Boil 1.5l of water per portion. Cook the Noodles for 13 Minues.
2. Strain the noodles and wash them well with cold water and strain. Eat with Mentsuyu and Seasonings of your choice.
If you want to eat them warm, cook the noodles for 10 minutes and strain. Add them to a bowl and add in warm Udon soup. Enjoy!
