Kurata Shoyu Vegan Ramen
Ramen noodles with Shoyu/Soysauce flavor, vegan. 2 Servings.
Preparation:
1. Cook the noodles in 500ml boiling water (900ml for 2 servings) for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring gently.
2. Remove from the heat. Add the soup base and stir well. Consume quickly after opening.
Ingredients: pasta (WHEAT FLOUR, water, table salt, acidity regulators: E501, E500, E452 and E340).
Soup base (SOYA sauce (18%) (water, table salt, defatted SOYBEANS, WHEAT), hydrolyzed corn protein, humectant: E965, seasoning oil (rapeseed oil, mias oil, garlic), concentrated vegetable extracts (onion, carrot, CELERY), table salt, water, yeast extract Fermentation vinegar, spices).
