Nishiki Rice is a Japanese style medium grain rice. The perfect side dish for Japanese and Korean dishes. Nishiki rice is also suitable as sushi rice.

Cooking instructions: Combine 1 cup rice and 1.25 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil., reduce to low heat, simmer, and cover for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove pot from heat and let stand covered for 10minutes before serving.
