Korean rice cake in sticks for Tteokpokki.
Preparation spicy topokki pan for 2 portions:
Soak desired number in cold water for about 15 minutes to get a softer consistency. Then rinse. Then put them in 200 ml water in a pan and cook with a hot pepper paste "Gochujang", garlic and spring onions for approx. 5 minutes. Once the water boils, reduce the heat and stir occasionally. Add ingredients such as ramen noodles, meat or boiled eggs cut in half.
